Leslie, I love, Love, Love your Christmas family tree. Hope you will share how you made that. It would make a great addition to my yearly family Christmas letter.
I want to let you know that your blog post is listed in today's Fab Finds post at http://janasgenealogyandfamilyhistory.blogspot.com/2013/12/follow-friday-fab-finds-for-december-20.html
For those of you who want to know how I made the tree: I used photoshop using this tutorial => http://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/fill-shapes-with-text/ You can put it on a background, but I made mine on a transparent background so I could do what I want with it.
You also might want to download some more tree shapes. You can do that here=> http://mutato-nomine.deviantart.com/art/Photoshop-Shapes-v-6-7-CS-11389437
I am going to attempt to do this, I may have to get my Grand Daughter to help. I love it, I want to make and frame for my family for Christmas. Thanks for posting,
That's beautiful. How did you do it? I'd love to make it the Saturday Night Genealogy Fun this week.
ReplyDeleteIs there a website, or did you do this in a word processor or image editor?
Would you email me at rjseaver@cox.net and tell me how you did it?
Thanks Randy! Email to come :-)
