Recently I viewed the old neighborhood where I grew up in Quebec, Canada on Google with my Mom who is 87. She was very helpful in picking out places that had since changed, like the school I attended. It was a lot of fun to go back with out leaving my cosy home in rural Ontario. Both my Mom and I enjoyed the little trip we took and it did not cost us any gas money or cause problems with my worry of traffic and reading the signs in French!
Isn't it amazing what google can do?! I miss the sweet, little, white trellis on the more recent photograph.
